Transfer and resell tickets safely
The account holder can transfer a ticket to another person who also has a verified Ticket360 account. Transfers are made one QR code at a time, up to two tickets per CPF, and can be done until two hours after the event opens.
The official resale works inside the app: the seller chooses a buyer with a verified account, sets the price and who pays the intermediation fee, and the ticket is reserved for up to 30 minutes while the buyer pays by PIX. Once payment is confirmed the ticket moves to the buyer automatically.
Good to know
- Only the original buyer can transfer or resell
- A transferred ticket cannot be transferred again
- Tickets bought on resale cannot be cancelled or resold
- Resale proceeds go to the digital wallet
- Balance available for withdrawal 7 days after the event
