Security at every step of the purchase
Every order goes through an analysis of the registration data and the items purchased. For card purchases, the bank sends a PIN — shown as Tkt360*XXXX on the statement or by SMS/WhatsApp — that the buyer can use to release the order and to transfer tickets.
We do not store card numbers or PIX data, following the guidance of the banks, and passwords are created and encrypted by the customer, so not even our team has access to them.
