This policy explains which personal data we process and why, in line with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law No. 13,709/2018).
We collect only the personal data essential for purchasing tickets, such as full name, address, mobile number, CPF, date of birth and e-mail. Registration data is required to analyse and release orders.
We do not store financial data such as credit card numbers or PIX details, following the guidance of the banks.
We do not store cookies or browsing data for advertising. Embedded maps and web fonts on this website are provided by third parties that may set their own technical cookies.
We send e-mails, SMS or WhatsApp messages that are strictly transactional, such as registration and purchase confirmations, notices about orders under analysis or rejected, and communications related to events. Event marketing is sent only if you allow it, according to the profile you choose, and we follow an anti-spam policy.
Purchase data may be shared with the organisers and artists of the events you buy for, only when you give consent. This option is offered on the registration screen, in the e-mail, SMS or WhatsApp marketing field.
Your password is created by you and stored encrypted — our team has no access to it. If you forget it, you can request a code by e-mail or WhatsApp to create a new one.
You can update your e-mail and mobile number and request information about your data. Accounts can be deleted on the website or in the app, provided there are no upcoming events purchased and no balance in the digital wallet. For any request, write to contato@ticket360.com.br.
